Our fee covers the work we do. The hospital's fee is theirs.
Every hospital charges its own administrative fee to release records — it varies by institution and we have no control over it. Before we begin anything, we give you the full picture: our fee, plus the hospital's estimated fee. You see the complete total. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
