Terms & Refunds

These terms explain how Nexuses works, how bookings and payments are handled, and when you are entitled to a refund. They apply to every service booked through nexuses.io.
Who we are
Nexuses is operated by Nexuses Sdn. Bhd. (202101033591 (1433891-A)), a company registered in Malaysia. In these terms, "Nexuses", "we" and "us" mean Nexuses Sdn. Bhd., and "you" means the person booking or using a service.
These terms may be shown in other languages for convenience. If there is any difference between versions, the English version applies.
Our role
Nexuses is a health-information and booking platform. We arrange access to tests, imaging, and assessments, and we present your results and records.
Sample collection, laboratory testing, imaging, and all clinical interpretation are carried out by our licensed and accredited partners, under their own licences. Nexuses does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
The information on our website, including the marker library, summarises published research for general education. It does not interpret your individual results. Always discuss your results and your health with a registered medical practitioner.
If you have a medical emergency, call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not use Nexuses for urgent care.
Physician approval
Some tests and all imaging are subject to approval by a partner physician. If a partner physician decides a test is not suitable for you, it will not go ahead, and anything you have paid for it is refunded in full.
Bookings and payment
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; Nexuses does not store your card details.
Some items are priced on request. For those, we confirm the price with you before anything is charged.
Booking dates and times are provisional until we confirm them with you, usually within 24 hours, based on partner availability.
Cancellations and refunds
Each service has its own cancellation terms, set out below. The same terms are shown at checkout.
Blueprint Essential & Apex
You pay a deposit to hold your date. Rescheduling is free and unlimited up to 72 hours before your date. Full refund of the deposit if you cancel more than 14 days before your date. Within 14 days, the deposit is forfeited.
Diagnostics & test catalogue
Full refund any time before collection. Full refund for any test a partner physician declines.
Chronicle Fetch
Full refund if you cancel before retrieval begins. Once we have contacted a provider on your behalf, the service fee is non-refundable.
Blueprint Bloodwork
Single draws: full refund any time before collection. Annual package: cancel at any time. We charge the draws you have already taken at single-draw rates and refund the rest of your payment.
Chronicle memberships (Core, Opus, Legacy)
Memberships are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once charged. You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. To stop future charges, cancel before your next billing date.
How to cancel or request a refund
Reply to your confirmation email, or use the refund request option on your receipt page. You can also email admin@nexuses.io.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Your results and your data
Results are issued by the partner laboratory or facility that performed the test, using that laboratory's own reference ranges.
We handle your personal data, including health data, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010, as set out in our Privacy Notice at nexuses.io/privacy.
